Optical Silica Glass Disc is made from high purity SiO2 glass, which has good transmission, good mechanical properties.

We can custom produce optical silica glass discs according to customer's requirement.
Purity: Silicon dioxide content greater than 99.99%
Material:
JGS1, far ultraviolet quartz glass, photopermeability 180-2500nm.
JGS2, ultraviolet quartz glass, photopermeability 220-2500nm.
JGS3, infrared quartz glass, photopermeability 260-2500nm.

Thermostability: High temperature resistance 1200℃.
Transparency: >90%
Edging: Do edge sharpening to ensure no burrs on the edges.
Surface: No scratches, spots, white spots, cracks, edges missing angles on surface.
Surface type: Roughness, parallelism, flatness and finish can be customized as required.
Processing ability: Diameter / width: 0.2-1200mm, thickness 0.1-300mm.
