JGS2 Quartz glass is produced using quartz raw materials and hydrogen oxygen flame, which contains several tens of ppm of metal impurities. There is an absorption peak (hydroxyl content 100-200ppm) at 2730nm, with stripes and particle structure. It is good material which can transmit through 220-2500um wave range.
