Glazed Ceramic Laser Reflectors For Laser Medical Devices
Laser ceramics are a new type of laser material. Laser ceramics mainly made of aluminum oxide are mainly used as ceramic laser reflectors for lasers. For different laser applications, glazed and unglazed coatings are applied to different lasers, greatly enhancing the efficiency of the laser and making it more effective in use.

Product Features:
1.The reflectivity is over 97% from 700-1200nm.
2.The reflectivity is over 95% from 500-1700nm.
3.The green body is porous and high strength.

Precautions for the use of Ceramic Laser Reflectors
1. During the transportation, storage, and assembly of ceramic laser reflectors, we shall avoid serious external force damage, such as falling off to the ground or forcibly pressing into the tube shell due to improper size;
2. The semi glazed ceramic laser reflectors must be sealed with the tube shell to prevent the ceramic laser reflector from inhaling a large amount of coolant, resulting in a decrease in power;
3. During assembly and maintenance, it is prohibited to scratch the ceramic reflective surface, causing a decrease in reflectivity, and the use of coolant can easily cause scaling on the ceramic surface;
4. When using short wavelength (such as 755nm) in high-temperature systems, it is important to pay attention to the selection of cooling system pipelines and equipment materials to avoid the contamination of ceramic surfaces by free metal oxides.
